One Touch Response services are provided by ASAS Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.an Indian Company based in New Delhi. The management includes people with backgrounds in Homeland Security, Technology driven consumer businesses, Management and Operations. We have a strong team of professionals & experts in the field of safety & response operations.
OTR is a Safety service responding to a single push, button activated alert through the mobile APP, or via your distress phone call. No more waiting on multiple steps involved in registering an emergency through traditional channels. No need for the user to multi-task and coordinate with multiple agencies when in an uncomfortable situation. With the use of our GPS based location services and a 24x7 control and command center – OTR is always by your side. Our strategically placed Assistance teams will be with you within minutes! We however do not replace state agencies – including the police – who have continued jurisdiction. What we do is coordinate with them in certain situations, on your behalf.
The management team associated with the project is well experienced in providing similar types of services in other jurisdictions. The technology has been tried and tested in many other countries as well.
Our service is registered under the Private Security Agency Regulation Act 2005. Yes, we collaborate closely with law enforcement agencies and medical support services. We have closely interacted with State Police Commissioners within the NCR - They are aware and encouraging of our services.
OTR is a privately owned subscription based safety service. Our team provides assistance in crisis and emergency situations, while supporting and connecting our subscriber(s) to the most appropriate emergency response system, be it the fire department, hospitals or the Police. All of OTR subscriber's details, family members, and emergency contacts, are stored in our database in advance which, along with GPS based tracking, provides for quicker and timelier support. We do not replace, interfere or compete with state services or their jurisdiction. We support our subscribers and help the time of any emergencies.
Our endeavour is to address and control any situation that makes you feel threatened and/or vulnerable. Whilst this is unique to every individual, they include things like a vehicle break down during an unearthly hour, suspecting that you're being stalked, a gas leakage in your house, or even a minor fire that can be extinguished with one 2kg fire extinguisher.
Both our Incident Managers at the Command & Control Center and the Immediate Assistance Team officers are trained by a specialised Israeli-affiliated training organization on self-defense, isolation techniques, basic firstaid, CPR, and coordination with state emergency / ambulance services. Incident Managers are additionally trained on safety, loss prevention, and communication skills, ensuring effective understanding of the nature of every emergency. This results in the effective provision and coordination of the response effort.
We have identified over 500 hospitals within the NCR, which have an ambulance service besides a trauma management facility. Depending upon your location and the seriousness of the emergency, we will coordinate the process of taking you to a hospital nearest to you.
We will take all reasonable efforts to provide you OTR services whenever you face an emergency situation and send us a distress signal. However, due to factors which are out of our control such as extreme weather conditions, force majeure, terrorist attacks, natural calamities, and communication interferences, we might not be able to provide full coverage of OTR services at all times. In addition to this, we might not be able to provide services at times due to technical constraints related to communication between parts of the system, location of the subscriber, as well as constraints related to the activities of external entities such as telephone companies, GPS service provider, etc. whose proper functioning is vital to successful operation of the entire System.
There will be no charge by the On Ground Immediate Assistance Teams. However any external services coordinated will be charged and payable directly to the service provider, for instance ambulance charges, hospital charges, taxi fares, mechanic charge etc.
Yes you do not have to change mobile phone carriers. One Touch Response- App will work with your current mobile phone provider. You will, however, need a Smartphone, with data services, to use the App.
When you register for One Touch Response - App, we receive your GPS location only when you send the HelpME Response or activate the TrackME service. The SMS alert which is sent to your emergency contacts also has the Google map links of your location as seen by the GPS system. We cannot monitor your location unless it has been activated by you.
Internet connectivity is only essential for using the One Touch Response Mobile Application as it helps us receive the coordinates of your location. In the absence of internet connectivity, the service is still available to you by calling to our Emergency Helpline.
Our aim is to reach our client in distress within the shortest possible time –within minutes. We have protocols and procedures in place to ensure that our team cuts across most odds such as traffic and travel routes, to reach you in the quickest possible time.
We have multiple on ground teams across our serviceable locations. In case if a team is unable to reach, the next nearest Team is automatically diverted to your location.

Your HelpME services are activated immediately post the successful submission of your personal details on our online registration form and completion of the payment process. You will still need to log into the My Account and set up your Emergency Contacts and provide your other personal information to enjoy complete benefit of our services.

The One Touch Response Mobile App is currently available for Android, as also for Apple iOS and Windows operating systems.
Adding Emergency Contact(s) is very simple and you can do this by login into the My Account section on our website.
Most of our Subscription Packages come with the facility of adding your Family Member (s). When you register for our service, you will receive an email with a Coupon Code which can be used to register Family Members. This can be done from here. In case, you are unable to find the coupon code, please send an email to our Customer Service with subject line “Send Family Member Code”.
The Add Family Member facility and number of members is dependent on your subscription package. The facility is only available for blood relations residing in the same address as given by you.
